  • Third-Party Bookings: If your reservation was made through an online travel platform (such as Traveloka, RedDoorz, or OYO), all cancellations and modifications must be processed through that specific platform according to their terms and conditions.
  • Modifications: If you need to change your stay dates, please contact us as early as possible. Room modifications are subject to availability and may result in a change in the daily rate.
